Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days​ from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Return Conditions (Very Important):

1. Unworn & Unwashed:​ Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

2. Hygiene Seal:​ All sleepwear must have the original hygiene strip/lining intact. If this seal is removed or broken, we cannot accept the return due to health and safety regulations.

3. Original Packaging:​ Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any branded dust bags or boxes.

4. Proof of Purchase:​ A receipt or order confirmation number is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email our support team at with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)​ number and a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Pack your items securely and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3–5 business days after arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds:​ A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days​ (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email​ containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier’s system.
