Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Return Conditions (Very Important):
Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Hygiene Seal: All sleepwear must have the original hygiene strip/lining intact. If this seal is removed or broken, we cannot accept the return due to health and safety regulations.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any branded dust bags or boxes.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation number is required.

How to Initiate a Return:
Email our support team at with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack your items securely and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3–5 business days after arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier’s system.
